Vinification: Temperature controlled fermentation at 24/28 ° C. When the desired sweetness is reached, the fermentation is interrupted with the addition of brandy (77%). Aging in oak barrels for a minimum of seven years in the warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia. Harvests are Vintage Port wines, which beat in contrast to vintage doors on the drum and can be bottled only after the seventh year.
